Hand Raised All Natural Beef

Irvington Cattle Company is a family owned beef cattle farm in Irvington, Alabama. We raise 100% natural grass fed beef without antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal by-products. Our cattle are born and raised on lush green Alabama pastures and supplemented with all natural free choice grain. Our herd is our pride and joy.

What we offer

All Natural Beef

Our beef is USDA inspected and approved for retail sale. Each side of beef is hand cut to our specifications. Our beef is individually packaged, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to lock in the natural beef flavor and freshness.

Grass Finishing

During the winter months we can finish a limited number of cattle on a 100% grass diet. The process takes a little longer and costs a little more but if you are willing to make the commitment we can provide you will grass fed, grass finished beef that is low in saturated fat and high in Omega 3 Acids.

Our Herd

We use primarily Black Angus commercial cattle in our all natural beef program. Over the years we have found that mixing Black Angus with other continental beef cattle breeds like Charlois and Simmental promotes hybrid vigor and results in best beef available.

Where can we buy your beef?

We sell our beef at the Bakery Cafe Market , Cathedral Square Farmer�s Market in Mobile, AL Mornings and we have a pick-up location on 21 N. Florida St. next to the CVS for internet orders

Is your beef aged?

Yes, our beef is dry aged for at least 21 days to enhance the tenderness and flavor. Learn more about dry aging.
